Description
I had the chance to visit Yosemite in 2008 for the first time. Of course I took lots of pictures. This valley was stunning. The wild grass with patterns from the blowing wind really caught our attention. It's such a beautiful place especially for photographer's.
I caught this photographer as he was setting up his equipment. Ansel Adam's spent lot's of time in Yosemite and I only wish I had been able to attend one on his famous workshops while he was still alive. He's one of my favorites and so I dedicate this one to him.

This doesn't look as bright as it does on my computer. The contrast is less online for this one. hmm that's not good.

Joanne, Ansel would be proud. I visited Yosemite in 1989 and was in awe of the place. A friend of mine took one of Ansel's workshops and has his three books- The Negative, The Camera an The Print signed by him. Wish I could have met him. Thanks for the comments on my work.
